- Lawyer by National University of San Marcos, 50 years, specializing in criminal law, has completed doctoral studies
in Law and Philosophy also complete a Masters in Criminal Law and Criminal Military at the same university. He speaks and writes in English, French, German and Italian currently following a course of specialization in Latin.
- During his career of almost 30 years as a trial lawyer, he has worked in interconsultation with Ghersi, Roy Freyre, Urquizo, Lamas Puccio, Bramont Arias and Loli, Borea, Murillo, Fidel Rojas, Villavicencio, Talavera studies, among others. It has assumed the defense of complex cases related to crimes related to the responsibility of public officials, having achieved results that mark important precedents in their specialty.
